The comprehensive program uses a combination of sleep tracking, sleep coaching, and medical assistance to help people get a good night sleep.
However, insomnia can be caused by any number of things and understanding how to fix it isn’t always straight forward. Beddr has developed a comprehensive system for learning about a person’s sleep disorder and using a data-driven approach to help improve it.
Beddr’s small wearable device, the SleepTuner, continuously monitors the patient while they sleep and records the clinical-quality data that is displayed in the app. Many sleep programs are now turning to use smartphone apps to help with tracking and understanding all the information. The easy to understand charts provide insights to the patient regarding their sleep habits and monitor their progress over time. The wearable is uniquely placed on the forehead. It measures oxygen levels, movement, heart rate and if you’ve stopped breathing at any time.
A sleep coach is available to provide personalised, data-driven advice to the patient on what changes they can make. If the patient wants to discuss a diagnosis or treatment, they can access a sleep specialist through the platform. The device and program ensure people have all the information they need to tackle their sleep disorders.
