The app monitors five different areas of health and offers tailored feedback and guidance for staying on track.
It’s not always easy for people to remember to monitor their health, especially when they are busy or feeling stressed. There can be a lot to think about – mental health, physical health, sleep, and what they should be doing for each aspect.
The HeadUp app acts as a health dashboard for people with Fitbit or the Apple Watch. The app analyses the data collected by the wearable and uses it to track the user’s progress, help them reach goals, and provide advice for self-care.
The app separates the user’s health into five different categories and helps the user achieve balance in each; activity, weight, sleep, heart, and mind. It prompts users to check in with their mood and shows how mood relates to other categories. Rather than the specific native wearable apps, it combines everything about health analysis in one place on a smartphone.
If the user isn’t meeting their goals for the day, HeadUp provides motivation and actionable insights to help the user stay on track with their overall wellness. HeadUp makes health maintenance and development far less overwhelming by offering tailored advice and gentle guidance for staying on track in all areas of health.
