The Spire Health Tag is an innovative health tracker that is designed to be effortless. They come in a pack of eight small, comfortable tags that stick to the inside of commonly worn clothing items such as bras, trousers, pyjamas, etc. The tags are washer and dryer safe with a battery that will last up to one and a half years.
It connects to Spire’s free iOS app to offer smart insights and recommendations. The tracker makes connections between sleep, stress, and exercise, and provides advice on how to improve them. For example, if the tracker senses the user is stressed, it will send an alert reminding the user to breathe and relax.
The Spire Health Tag is the first of its kind to offer a ‘set and forget’ way to both track and improve overall health. Recently, the company has shifted its focus to help doctors provide remote monitoring solutions for their patients for conditions related to the heart and lungs.
