The Go2sleep measures heart rate, oxygen levels, sleep movement and transmits the data directly to a mobile app.
Poor sleep quality is a common problem with symptoms that can have dramatic effects on day-to-day life. Sleep deprivation can increase the chances of heart disease or diabetes, cause mood changes, interfere with concentration, and cause weight gain.
Having a better understanding of your sleep patterns is a vital step to improving your quality of sleep. Go2sleep is a small sleep tracker which is worn as a ring. The silicone helps keep it light at only 6g, which is different from the titanium Oura ring. It transmits data directly to the mobile app, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and movement. Each morning it generates a report so you can compare your sleep behaviours over time. If the device detects low oxygen levels, it will vibrate to encourage you to change positions.
The app uses the information gathered from the tracker to provide tips on what may need to be changed for a better quality of sleep. The app’s labelling function helps find links between daily behaviours, such as physical activity, and how well you slept that night.
The ring is made of food-grade silicone and is available in 3 different sizes. The waterproof device comes with a small magnetic charger for easy charging during the day and has 24-hours of battery life.
