FightCamp offers unique and satisfying workouts to develop real boxing skills that engage both the mind and body.
The health benefits of exercise, whether it’s running or boxing, are well known. With Fightclub, users can learn the technique and complete workouts to get in the cardio workout zone. The equipment can be easily tucked away and unleashed to complete one of over 200 workouts. Each home boxing workout is led by FightCamp’s trainers, who are expert fighters, having completed years of training. Members are encouraged to pick sessions taught by a trainer who inspires them, as each one has an individual personality and unique techniques. Lower body workouts, pure striking workouts, crazy combos, and more can easily fit into user’s busy schedules; FightCamp designed their content to be incorporated into any calendar with catchy slogans. Four-round, ‘Put in the work before work’ workouts are available, in addition to eight-round, ‘Feel hungry for more on your lunch break’ workouts and ten-round ‘For when you fight like weekend warrior’ workouts. Groove workouts where users can choose from an expansive music library to find music that makes them move. Four new sessions are added each week.
Using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques when formulating their workouts, FightCamp allows fighters to get the most of their exercise. HIIT has been proven to be an extremely effective and efficient way of exercising, relying on short, intense bursts and rests. These workouts give the best of both cardio and strength and use a ‘round and rest’ technique model – Three minutes of training and a one-minute rest, to emulate actual boxing ring conditions.
Next-level challenging, at-home boxing workouts combined with real-time data analysis technology create a competitive and motivating way of exercising. Punch trackers measure every strike and deliver statistics, allowing users to compete with themselves and reach new milestones, bringing out a goal-crushing mentality that can be applied to every part of life. These are embedded into the glove wraps and are charged easily via USB. Alternatively, members can compete with others in the FightCamp community, as the trackers calculate output using a proprietary algorithm, and scores are computed and ranked on a leader board.
For $39 a month, members can enjoy unlimited access to all sessions, as well as exclusive content and tutorials. As an optional add-on, members can choose between various packages that come with premium gear and equipment. For example, the FightCamp Personal package comes with punch trackers, quick wraps, a free-standing punching bag, a heavy workout mat, bag ring and boxing gloves for one price of $1,219, or affordable monthly instalments. In addition, members can cancel their membership at any time while keeping the equipment.
