The vaginal device is connected to a smartphone app via Bluetooth and guides users to play over 20 games and exercises. As users progress, they win medals on the app as the biofeedback technology allows contractions to be measured in real time. The app can also adapt the exercises according to the needs and sensitivity of the person. A session can last from 5 to 20 minutes and the games have been developed with healthcare professionals. To start a session, simply shake the device to turn it on.
