The app’s predictive model helps users understand their health. For more personalised information, users can consult with a doctor directly through the app.
Barriers such as transportation and high cost frequently prevent people from getting the medical help they need. K Health has used anonymous data from thousands of patients to create their predictive health model.
Users of the app answer a few questions based on their medical history, symptoms, and other helpful info such as age and gender – The process typically takes two minutes.
The symptom checker offers information on how other people with similar symptoms and statistics were diagnosed and subsequently treated. The aim is to give users insight into what may be happening with their health.
If the free health answers don’t provide enough information for the user, there is also an option to chat with a doctor through text for $19. Unlimited conversations throughout the year cost $49. The doctors are able to prescribe medications, order lab tests, and they provide check-ins for up to 2 weeks. K Health is using artificial intelligence to help people access quality medical information and primary care whenever they need it.
“Cool digital illustrations form an essential part of K Health’s visual language. They give the brand a friendly vibe and connect the audience to their ethos of a personalised approach to patient care. They help the brand stand out from others in the space. More importantly, the illustrations act as visual triggers for understanding and diagnosing health symptoms on their website and app. How can you start using illustrations in your branding to make more of an impact and give your customers a better user experience?”
