Liteboxer is an at-home boxing system that replaces heavy bags. Breakthrough technology syncs with LED lights, music and tempo, allowing users to experience a full-body boxing workout that maximises their performance.
Liteboxer’s mechanism is made up of customisable features to make for a comfortable and productive boxing workout. At the top of the machine, the smart shield punching target comes with six targets that replicate the physicality, rhythm and emotion of sparring with a partner. The system syncs with 200 LED lights with music from Liteboxer’s extensive library filled with top hits; glowing at the right moments to create an immersive workout. An expandable uppercut pad is included to engage more muscles. At the bottom, a platform replicates the arena floor, allowing the fighter’s body weight to counteract every punch.
The Liteboxer app pairs via Bluetooth to the machine, so the entire workout is in sync, and performance can be measured and tracked. An ever-growing library of music is available to choose from, and the system digitally programs a unique punching combination for the beat of each song. Not only can users box to music, but over 100 world-class trainer-led classes are available on demand. Each 15 to 45-minute workout ranges in intensity, and all include a warm-up, additional cardio exercises and boxing technique instructions.
Boxers, professional athletes, and dancers from around the world teach boxing lessons, sparring classes, strength and stretch classes. A quick-play option is also available with punch tracks for a freestyle. Furthermore, Liteboxer provides fighters with real-time results that measure punching force, accuracy and stamina, and a performance dashboard displays each user’s progress.
Every Liteboxer order comes with boxing gloves, tape, and the choice of platform depending on height. Costing $1495 or $42 a month, the Liteboxer can be shipped anywhere in the United States and is easily assembled at home. The platform is another example of an at-home workout option supporting a healthy lifestyle. We have seen this applied to running with the Peloton Tread, in rowing with the Hydrow, and of course, there are the usual apps we have now become so familiar with.
