The innovative clothing has both lounge and exercise apparel that offers everything from activity tracking to fall detection.
Xenoma is completely changing the way we view wearable technology by integrating it with every-day apparel. The smart clothing can be washed over 100 times like other clothes in a wardrobe. A similar feature is offered by Siren, whose ulcer detecting socks can be laundered and used for up to six months. Xenoma offers three main styles — lounge, sleep, and exercise — all with unique features.
Xenoma’s casual sleep and loungewear are developed with the needs of older people in mind. Its fall detection technology can distinguish between types of falls to provide emergency responders with more information.
The detection system automatically triggers an alarm so paramedics can be dispatched. The sleep and loungewear range monitor sleep and provide advice via the app when needed. By utilising a smart speaker connection, the wearable clothing also offers physical activity guidance.
Some of their other options include the e-skin ECG shirt which continuously monitors heart health and the e-skin MEVA pants that fully track lower body movements for biomechanical research. Xenoma offers arm sleeves, full bodysuits, and shirts, all of which fully track and record natural movements.
These movements are live-streamed to an app that allows users to record and replay the motion capture recordings. The e-skin is ideal for high-level athletes who want to understand and perfect specific movements.
